My99Exch provides ID creation services for the 99 Exchange betting platform. We facilitate account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support through WhatsApp. We are an independent ID provider and not the operator of the 99 Exchange platform itself.
The availability of specific markets, betting options, and platform features is determined by the 99 Exchange platform and may change without notice.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account through our service, you are responsible for:

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed upon receipt of payment through our accepted methods (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer, cryptocurrency). The deposited amount is credited to your 99 Exchange account balance.
Withdrawal requests are processed during normal business hours. While we aim to complete withdrawals within the same day, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and amount. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals.
We do not charge any service fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses and promotions are offered at our discretion and may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus amounts.
Prohibited Activities

My99Exch provides its services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, market cancellations, or technical issues beyond our control.
Betting involves financial risk. We are not responsible for any losses you incur through your betting activities. You agree to bet responsibly and within your financial means.
Intellectual Property
All content on the My99Exch website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
The 99 Exchange platform, its branding, and its features are the property of the respective platform operators. Our use of the 99 Exchange name and materials is authorized through our provider agreement.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, providing false information, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
In the event of account termination, we will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining legitimate balance to you through your preferred payment method. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding our services, contact us through WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. For bet settlement disputes, the decision of the 99 Exchange platform is final.
We aim to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 72 hours. Complex cases involving financial discrepancies may take longer while we conduct a thorough investigation.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
